1. How to submit a complaint

You can submit a complaint through any of the following channels:

  • Email: support@growceanu.com
  • Standard form: download the Standard complaint form , fill it in, and send it to us by email
  • Post: Growceanu Angel Investment SRL, 4-5 Penes Curcanu, Timișoara, Timiș

2. What your complaint should include

To process your complaint as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your full name and contact details (email + phone)
  • A detailed description of the situation
  • The approximate date and time of the incident (if applicable)
  • Supporting documents (screenshots, emails, contracts, etc.)
  • Your desired resolution

If your complaint is incomplete, we will contact you to request the additional information needed before we begin the review.

3. Response timing

We will respond to your complaint with a reasoned and documented reply within 15 working days from the date of receipt.

In exceptional cases, where a response cannot be provided within 15 working days for reasons beyond Growceanu's control, the deadline may be extended to a maximum of 35 working days. In such cases, you will receive an interim reply that clearly states:

  • The reasons for the delay
  • The final deadline by which you will receive the complete reply

4. Escalation to the competent authority

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate the complaint to one of the following competent authorities:

  • Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF, Romania) — for matters related to crowdfunding services: www.asfromania.ro
  • National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, Romania) — for consumer rights matters: anpc.ro
  • European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR) — for cross-border online transactions in the EU: ec.europa.eu/odr
